The Mobile App is available for both Android and Apple and can be downloaded at the links below. Or just search for “smm@pp” in the Google Play or iTunes stores.

The SMM@pp mobile application was created for a single device for each user. Once you login, you will not have to login again on that mobile device in the application as it will remember you. If you attempt to login to another device, with the same user, you will get this warning.

If you login to the device you want and you get this message, click on the “OK” button below the message and log in again. You will be automatically logged out of the other device and allowed now to login to the current device.

First to connect to QuickBooks.

  1. Sign into the website at https://smmapp.wpengine.com.
  2. Click Company and Settings.
  3. In the QuickBooks Online Integration box, click to connect. This will redirect you to QuickBooks to approve the connection between SMM@pp and QuickBooks.
  4. Once the connection is approved, you will be redirected back to SMM@pp. At this time you can sync any estimate to QuickBooks.

You can also follow the above instructions to disconnect at anytime from QuickBooks. Also you will be able to reconnect if you do disconnect from QuickBooks by following the above instructions.

There is no way to delete rooms nor items at this time. Until the delete feature is added, we recommend that users Rename unused rooms/items or call them “void” and mark all of their fields as zero “0”.
